- Daily or weekly welfare telephone calls;
- Daily or weekly support with shopping or medication pick-ups and
- safe and well home checks.

A confidential support group for people caring for people with dementia. Come along and chat to people in a simular situation as yourself with one of our carer support workers on hand to offer help and advice.
